Dynamic Timing Advance Processor

EG Dynamic Timing Advance Processor is being used to advance the Ignition in engines which run on CNG / LPG fuels in order to optimize their engine power and improve their performance and driveability. This TAP is specially useful in new generation cars which are VVT, VTVT or iVTEC engines, which have variable valve timing on Petrol and thus a variable Timing advance is also required on CNG.

EG Dynamic enables connection to the single inductive type CKP sensor and up-to two digital CKP type of sensors connected in any configuration. This universal TAP scans and learns crankshaft and camshaft signals from different types of engines ensuring no interference in car's OBD system and no check lights due to mismatch of sensors as in other static Timing Advance Processors available in the industry.

EG Dynamic ensures that different degree of Advance can be set at different load conditions or engine RPM and all this can be calibrated with software for a Petrol like performance, and all this is visible in a graph, a must on all CNG run vehicles. It may also be noted that EG Dynamic comes built in the EG Superior ECU.

A 3D-DYNAMIC TAP is also available with three Digital channels which enables advance of cars with one digital CKP and two digital CMP sensors (eg Honda Civic,New City,Accord etc).

A proper advance of the engine ensures that the mileage on CNG is also good as the engine gets enough time to ignite an otherwise slow to ignite mix of Air and CNG. Thus using a DYNAMIC TAP greatly increases the efficiency on CNG besides giving a Petrol like performance.

SPINNER GAS FILTER

EG Spinner is an innovative gaseous phase filter with an universal replacement catridge. The system of DSF – Double Spin Force provides even better efficiency to separate oil fractions and other particulars. Rotative nozzles allow to mount the filter anywhere inside the engine compartment. The set includes mounting bracket.

CONECTO WI-FI

WiFi diagnostic interface for establishing wireless communication with EVO EG controllers. The device can connect the Superior , Avance & Basico controllers, has a working range of 120 m. Does not require any configuration at every connection. Compatible with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standard.

GAS DETECTOR

Gas Detector is a highly sensitive device for detecting and locating leaks of gas installation. The construction of the EG Detector is based on microprocessor technology. The product meets the requirements of the applicable EC directives and has CE marking. The flexible probe with a length of 42 cm allows accurate detections of gas leaks in hard-to-reach areas.
When the sensor in the probe tip detects a combustible gas, the tick rate increases and the instrument sounds a warbling tone while the alarm light. The tick rate increases with the concentration of gas. The tool is a must for any installer for CNG/LPG kits.

NGV1 CNG FILLING VALVE

NGV1 Standard Filling Valve is a widely used CNG Filling valve that can be installed either at the car's rear fenders to enable refilling like in a Petrol car or also installed in Petrol filling cabinet in some cars if space permits. This is a reliable and faster way to refill your CNG vehicle.

Normally the kits come with NZ (New Zealand)Standard version of filling valve which are installed under the engine hood. In case you want the NGV1 type filling valve in your car, please contact your installer.

CNG REDUCER VENTURI

M96 CNG Reducer is a two stage conventional / venturi reducer for cars upto 100KW. The reducer is ideal for Carburetor or Injection cars where Sequential Gas Injection is not essential. This reducer ensures best vapourisation & stable flow of CNG in any environmental conditions. Its made of aluminium body and has a built in solenoid valve. The reducer is Made in Italy with ISO:15500 / R67 certifications and is known for its reliabality in numerous International markets.

LPG REDUCER VENTURI

M20 LPG Reducer is a two stage conventional / venturi reducer for LPG conversion of cars with power upto 100KW. The reducer is ideal for Carburetor or Injection cars where Sequential Gas Injection is not essential. This reducer ensures best vapourisation & stable flow of LPG in any environmental conditions. Its made of aluminium body and has a built in solenoid valve. The gas input, output and the coolant nipples are all made in brass to ensure long service life. The coolant inlet nipples are also movable. The reducer is Made in Italy with R67 certifications and is known for its reliabality and exported to numerous International markets.

JOKER BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY

Joker helps in universal bluetooth connection between the supported LPG/CNG controllers and PC making the USB wires connection or adaptors redundant. By default all our ECU's can be connected via Bluetooth device with no need for the USB cables. The device is easy to connect and works within a range of 100m. Compatible with Bluetooth 2.0 + standard EDR-maximum transfer ratio is up to 3,1 Mb/s.
