EVO CNG  REDUCER

EVO CNG REDUCER is the most reliable CNG Sequential reducer, made of brass with piston and membrane technology to achieve best possible vaporization of gas in any environmental condition. EVO CNG Reducer has a fixed output pressure of 2 bars which is considered to be the better than other reducers having adjustable & variable pressure. In long run, the reducers with constant pressure would give a long service life as they have upgraded springs which last longer and do not change the settings of the car with variable pressure. 

The EVO CNG Reducer is a 2 stage pressure regulator device made to withstand 3600 psi pressure. Most other reducers are single stage reducer which is an older technology and much cheaper and not considered very reliable. Single stage reducers cannot reduce the pressure of 3600 psi fast enough to produce a stable output pressure for the injector rails compared to the 2 stage pressure reducers. This is a key point in Sequential CNG kits. You must have a steady outlet pressure for good performance. EVO CNG offers reducers with multi stages and our RI27J reducer gives a stable pressure at all load conditions which is a major factor contributing to the good performance of EVO CNG kits.

In many kits, the installer simply increases the outlet pressure from the CNG  reducer to tune the engine. This is like increasing the voltage but not the current. This leads to decrease in the life of the reducer by wearing our faster. In few weeks or months, the output pressure of the reducer would change meaning a decrease in performance and would require a re-tune up. This is what differentiates EVO CNG reducer from other products.
